LUCI E C~UNTY , FLORI D11 HILLTOP DEVELOPF.RS, INC. , the developer and owner of all _of • tt~e condominium units of INDIIIN PIN~S VILLJIGE, A CONDOMIP~IUM, does hereby amend and change the Declaration of Condominium of INDIAN PINES VILLAGE, A ODNDOMINIUM, as the same is recorded in O.R. 337, pages~, 1480 through 1573, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows: F'IRST Parag~aph XIX of said Dec2aration of Condominium entitled "Parking and Storage" is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in place thereof: XIX. Restrictions on Parking Section 1- Assignment of Parking Spaces The developer shall establish the parking plan for the con- dominiu m project and in connection therewith shall allocate and assign one (1 ) parking space for each unit. All covered parking spaces shall be limited common elements as def ined in the Florida Condominium Act. There will also be one (1) unassigned and undesignated open parking space for each unit. These unassigned and o~en parking spaces, together with the guest parking spaces, shall be common elements. The assignment of each parking space made by the developer applicable to a unit shall be noted on the books of the association. The interest of the unit owner in such assigned spaces may be assigned only to a subsequent transferree of that particular unit to which such covered space is applicable. Section 2- Compliance with Parking Plan When the developer has completed the parking plan, unit owners agree that they will park in their respective alloc~ted spaces and that such plan shall not be changed or aunended except upon the affirmative vote of seventy-five percent (75$) of the unit owners and consent of the unit owners affected. The parking plan shall not be recorded in the Public Records, but the association shall keep said plan in its records and r~ake the same available to unit owners at all times. ~ Section 3- Certain Vehicles Prohibited, Proviso Automobiles and bicycles may be parked in the parking areas of the condominium property but only where designated by the asso- ciation and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the asso- ciation. No other vehicles and objects, including but not limited to trucks, motorcycles, trailers, boats, recreational vehicles and such other like vehicles or objects will be parked or placed upon any of : G~,~K 35~ ~~ 923 ~ ; ~
