for so long as such asphalt plant exists on the property
described in schedule A. If second party shall not have •
erected an asphalt plant on the property described in schedule
A within two years from the date hereof, either of the parties
may thereafter erect such a plant on the respective lands
except that once an asphalt plant is erected on either of said
parcels, no such plant shall be erected on the remaining parcel.
