This Assignment dated this lOth day of March, 1981, by and
between GORHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a Florida corporation, and
CHARLES RF.DI-NIX, INC., a corporation, the purpose of this Assiqn-
ment being as follows:
I. ~urlia~i~ Cunstruction Company , pursuant to an agreement
dated December 14, 1976, has certain rights as further described in
said agreement to an easement over the West 100 feet of a certain
parcel of land_described therein, said parcel of land being further
described as Schedule B, attached hereto.
?. That Charles Redi-Mix, Inc., by virtue of a certain real
estate transaction, has acquired ownership to that real property
which constitutes a portion of the land described in said Schedule B,
and over which real property said railroad tracks by, a legal descrip-
tion of which is attached hereto as Schedule A.
3. The purpose of this Assignment is to clarify that CHARLES
REDI-MIX, INC. now stands in the shoes of GORHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
as far as said agreement of December 14, 1976 is concerned, as lonq
as CHARLES REDI-MIX, INC. complies with the lease and mortgage pay-
ments with GnP.HAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, an3 any subsidiary corporation
of GORHAM.
4. This Assignment is to confirm that the agreement of
December 14, 1976 runs with the land.
