Condominium Parcel No. 4334 of SF.ASCAPE I, a Condominium, according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 338,
at page 1033, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
Countj+, Florida.
This conveyance is subject to and by acceptinR this Deed, Grantee hereby attrees
±o assume the foilowir.g:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to aIl the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, ?<~wf~~lly claiming by,
