Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Furchaser confirms that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and other charges are estimated only.
