Petitioner at trial~ and may take that memoranda to the jury room.
Said note psds and pencils shall be furnished by the ~etitioner
and delivered to each juror b_y the bailiff so that it does ~ot
reasonably appear that said articles have been provided by
petitioner in order to curry or win favor with the jury.
7. All documents and exhibits listed on the pre-trial
statement of the defendant shall be admitted into evidence at
the trial.
8. Prior to trial, all photographs, engineering drawings,
maps, surveys, and the like, shall be marked as exhibits in
evidence~ by the Clerk.
9. The Court will determine at the close of evidence at the
end of the trial, which party has the privilege of opening and
closing in final argument.
10. AI1 cases shall be tried together~ but there shall be
separate verdicts and separate jud~ments as to each parcel.
Special verdicts will be provided pursuant to Florida Statute
73.081. The netitioner shall prepare a proper form f_or the
verdict.
11. All comparable sales maps may show date of sale~ names
of parties, total consideration and unit price.
12. Petitioner, throughout the triaZ, will have in the
Court a full set of its complete construction plans, which may be
used and referred to, for questioning by any party.
