The undersigned, as guardian of the person and property of
MARGARET IVY CURNETTE, incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no longer
exists by reason of the fact that MARGARET IVY CURNETTE departed~this
life on February 25, 1981.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing a full
and correct account of all receipts and disbursements of all the ward's
nroperty of which petitioner has control from the commencement of the
administration of this guardianship, which return includes a statement
of the_ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that notice has been mailed to
RENE DREW, 51119 Sagebrush Terrace, SAN BERrdADINO, CALIF. 92407
apprising her of the filing of this Petition.
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered approving
311 accountings filed with this court and discrarging petitioner as
quardian of the person and property of MARGARET IVY CURNETTE.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the

and belief.
