ASSIGNMENT OF 110RTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT I, JOHN r. FAGERHOLM of 57 South Pomperauq Avenue,
Woodburv, Connectic~it, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar,
lawful money in hat~ii ~aid by LORRAINE F. FAGERHuLi~i of Woodbury,
Connecticut, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, have qranted, bargained,
sold, assiqned, transferred and set over, and by these presents do
qrant, barqain, sell,, assiqn, transfer and set over unto the said
LORRAINE E. FAGERHOLM a certain Indenture of Mortgage made and executed
by Aler.ander M. Kordick, Jr., in favor of John r, Faqerholm and
Lorraine E. Faqerholm bearinq date the 17th of Auqust, 1979 and
recorded in the St..~ucie Co., Florida Clerk Circuit Court, in
Volume 315, Paqe 1080 to H~hich reference m::y be had for a more
narticular description of said mortaaoe and of the land therein
described, toaether c~ith the debt, note and obliqation tnerein
described, and the money due ~r t~ become due thereon with the interest.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Lorraine E.
Faqerholr~, her heirs and assiqns forever, subject only to the proviso
in said Indenture of Mortqaqe mentioned: And I do hereby make,
constitute and appoint the said Lorraine E. Faqerholm my true and
lawfu] attorney, irrevocable in my name or otherwise, but a~ her proper
cost and charaes, to have use and ~ake all lawful wavs and means for
the recovery of said mone}• and interest; and in case of payment, to
discharge the same as fully as I might or could do if *hese presents
were not Made.
