Mortgagor covenants that the Property mortgaged herein is not the
residence of the Mortgagor's, nor is contiguous to the residence of
the mortgagor's and is not mortgagor's homestead.

Together with all buitdings, improvements, fixtures o~ appu~tenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed
therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whe;her in single units or centrally controlled, used to
supply heat, gas, air condit:oning, water, light, power, ref~igeration, venl+liation or other services, and any other thing
now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors to leasees is customary or appropriate, including
screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor coverings, screen doors, awnings, sioves and water heaters
(all of Yrhicn are intended to be and are hereby declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached
there?o or noti; and also together with alf easements and the rents, issues and profits of said premises which are hereby
pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as
provided in the Suppiemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby wbroyated to the rights of alt
mortgagees, lienhvlders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured_
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property, with sa~d buildings, improvements, fixtures, appurtenances, appa-
ratus and equipment, and with all the rights and privileges thereunto belonging unto said mortgagee forever, for the uses
herein set forth, iree from alf rights and benefits under the homestead, exemption and valuation laws of any state,
vtihich said rights and benefits said Mortgagor dces hereby release and waive.
SUBJECT TO all of the covenants and obtigations of ihe Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, as canta~nrd in a wpple-
