Begin at the Northeast corner of the E 1/2 of the E 1/2 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
from thence run South along the Section line a distance of
1310 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein
described: From said point of beginning, turn and run West
parallel to the center line of Orange Avenue Extension a
distance of 300 feet to a point, thence turn and run South
parallel to said Section line, a distance of 180 feet to a
point; thence turn and run East parallel to the center line
of Orange Avenue Extension a distance of ~300 feet to a point
on said Section line; thence turn and run North along said
Section line, a distance of 180 feet to the point of begin-
ning, being a part of. the E 1/2 of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4
of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 39 East. (Being
otherwise described as Lot 21 of an unrecorded plat of West
Fort Pierce Estates). EXCEPTING THEREFROM right of way for
public roads and drainage canals.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, easements and
covenants of record.
