MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, James W. Sneed, Jr. and Mary Jo Tierney, his
wife, did on May 10, 1980 mortgage unto Katherine G. Fee, Mary K.
Fee and F, Mary Fee real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida therein erroneously described as follows:
Condominium Parcels No. 115 and No. 116 of CORAL I, .
according to the DeGlaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded in O.R. Book 241, pages 500 through 563,
public records of St, Lucie County, Florida ~•
to secure an indebtedness of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000);
which mortgage is recorded in O.R. Book 334, page 1751, pub2ic
records of_St. Lucie County, Floridaj and
WHEREAS, mort9agors and mortgagees have mutually agreed
that said mortgage be modified and amended to correct the legal
description to be that as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, the premise state~, and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10) each to the other in hand paid,
mortgagors and mortgagees do agree as follows:
1, That the mortgage deed dated May 10, 1980, recorded
in O.R. Book 334, page 1751, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, be and the same is hereby corrected and amended to
encumber property legally described as follows:
Condominium Parcels No. 1115 and No. 1116 of CORAL I,
according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded
in O.R. Book 241, pages 500 through 563, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
in the same manner and to the same effect as if the last
above described property were originally,described and incorpo-
rated in said mortgage.
2. Except as amended and modified as specified in
Paragraph l, supra, all other terms and conditions of said
mortgage and the pro~issory note secured thereby shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHERE~F, the parties hereto have caused
