RECEIPT, ACKNOWI.EDCMENT, ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTA~NCE OF PURCFiASER
Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknoWledges that this
purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is subject
ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiign as to the condominium in
which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiucn or re-
ferred to therein), the By-LaWS of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations~ copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purehaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits~ budget, sales brochure and floor
plan~ and acknoWledges that each and every provision of ±he foregoing is essen-
tial, to the successful operation and management of` ttte Condominium property
and is ?n the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
Purchaser and all oFrners of parce2s in the~ aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condor.:ini un and Exhibits
attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
oble~ fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the
Declaration of C~venants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium par~el being conveyed
to Purchaser~ as security for his obligations ~~nder said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser ass~a:~.:s Lhe obligations as to the
Property Owner's Association as to his condomi~iu~: parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~an and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and
other charges are estimated oniy. No warranty or guarant_y is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominiian and Exhibits attached thereto.
