WITNFSSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of T~N

by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknoWledged, has granted, bargained

Condominium Parcel No. 4364, of SEASCAPE I, a Condominium according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Officia~ Records Book 338,
at Page 1033, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of St. I.ucie
County, Florida.
This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed~ Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reser~ations, easements, and other
Tatters of record; however, this reference shali not operate to reimpose any of
~.he same.
3• Tt~e Declaration of Ccu:dominium and F.xhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of Covenants and
Festrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner•s Association, Inc., a Florida
non-profit ccrporation, the provisions of which documents run with the land.
The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Cwner's
Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be hinding upon the
heirs, executors, adatinistrators, successers and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully Warrant title tc all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsaev~~~, '~;=.~fully claiming by,
through or under Crantor; and will defend same agains*.. ~'r.e lawful claims of
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor. ~:
