L E A S E
THIS LEASE is made and executed in triplicate by and
between RAY HENDERSHOT of 3101 South Federal Highwav, Fort
Pierce, Florida, 33450, hereinafter called Lessor~ and RICEWOOD
& ASSQCIATES~ INC., of Post Office Box 3533, Sarasota, Florida~
33578~ hereinafter called Lessee.
1. DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES
Lessor leases to Lessee, and Lessee hires from Lessor, as
herein nrovided, the premises located at 3617 Orange Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida, consisting of certain real pro~erty and ~
a store building located thereon, and described more particularly
as- follows :
. The East 75 feet of the West 200 feet of the tlorth
225 feet of the East 1/2 of_ the NE 1/4 of the NW
1/4 of the StJ 1/4 of Section 8, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. LESS AND
EXCEPTIyG therefrom any rights-of-wa_v for drainage
canals and public roads and elec.tric transmission
lines. .

The term of this Lease shall be one vear, beginning on the
27th dav of ?~tarch, 19$1.
, 3. RENT
The total rent under this Lease is in the amount of $6,600.OQ,
together with sales tax at the rate of 4%, in the amount of $264.~0,
for a total of $6,864.00. The Lessee agrees to pav the Lessor
such amount in monthly installments of $572.00 per month, at 3101
South Federal Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, beginning on

the 27th dav of ?~Iarch, 1981, and payable on the 27th day of each ~
successive month thereafter durinh the term of the Lease.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Lessee hereby acknowledges receipt of_ the sum of $572.0~
renresentin~ the last month's rent due hereunder, as a securitv
deposit for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions
of this Lease bv the Lessee.
