DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES Lessor leases to Lessee, and Lessee hires from Lessor, as herein nrovided, the premises located at 3617 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, consisting of certain real pro~erty and ~ a store building located thereon, and described more particularly as- follows : . The East 75 feet of the West 200 feet of the tlorth 225 feet of the East 1/2 of_ the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the StJ 1/4 of Section 8, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. RENT The total rent under this Lease is in the amount of $6,600.OQ, together with sales tax at the rate of 4%, in the amount of $264.~0, for a total of $6,864.00.
