ORDER
UPON hearing in Open Court, the Court havinc} received evidence
and hearing argument of counsel, the Court being fully advised of the
premises, it is
i ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

~ y property owned by the Husband, JAMES E.

~ BALIUS, prior to the marriage and now in the pqssession and/or control

of the Wife, DEBR.A S. BALIUS, shall b~ returned to the Husband by
(6) six p.m., March 24, 1981; ~~
2. Any and all property which was purch~sed during the marriaqe
between the parties and is now in the possession and/or control of the
Wife shall be retained by the ~~Tife with the exception that the Wife will
turn over by (6) six ~..m., March 24, 1981,some dishes, some silverware
and split the towels and wash clothes.
3. Any arid aIl F~operty being returned shall be returned in the
same condition in whi~~ it was removed from the marital home;
4. Any and all property which was purchased during the ~arriage
shall b~ retained .~.~y the wife except for the items mentioned above, .
and these items shail not be- damaged nor disposed of pending final hearing
in this matter. ,
S• That a temc~~u~r restraining order is issued immediately, and
it does here~y issae ailu restrain the parties from molesting, annoying
or harrassing each o~t?er in any way whatsoever.
