ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 25th day of March, 1981,
upon tY:e petition for temporary 'relief filed by the Wife, and the
Husband having been duly served with process, ar~d the Court after
hearing testimony and being otherwise advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED and AD~TUDGED as foll~ws:
l. That based upon finding of fact by the Caurt tr~at the
Husband has physically abused the Wife by breaking her nose,
thereby causing her to be hospitalized, the Wife shall have
temporary exclusive possession of the home cf the parties and the
Husband shall remove nimself and his personal belongings from
said hoc~e by 7:00 P.M., FRIDAY, MARCH 27, 1981.
2. That the Court finds that the Husband is gainfully.
e~,ploye~ and well able to pay alimony to the Wife, and t~hat
the Husband is hereby ORDERED tc pay to the Wife the amount of
~100.0~ per week, temporary alimony, said aiimony to be used ty
the h'ife to pay the mortgage on the home and the joint loan of
the parties. Said payment s~all be made to ROGER POITRAS, Clerk
of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, in casn,
noney oraer or cashier's check. I:~ a3dition, there is hereby
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory casts to be added to each
pa,~aent made to the Clerk, Koger Poitras. Both~parties are ardered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of trieir mailing and
residence adciresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
The present address of the Wife is: 1600 Arapaho Avenue, Stuart,
Florida 33494, as well as the Husband's address.
