That the Court finds and determines that the Wife has no funds in which employed and well Husband is hereby Attorney for the' fees, said sum to this Order. 4. That each of the parties is hereb,y enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other at all times and places. This Restraining Order is entorceable by the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their deputies and the Sheriffs or their deputies shall take the offending party into custody without further Order of this Court. 5.
