19. Borrower's Right to Reiastate. Notwithatanding l.ender'e acceleration of the eums secured by this Mortgege, Borrower shall have
the right to have any proceedinga begun by [.ender to enforce thie Mortgage diernntinued at any time prior to e~try of a judgment enforcing
this Mortgage if: (s) Borrower pays L.ender all aums which would be then due under this Mortgage, the Note and notes securing Fl-ture
Advances, if any, had no acceleration occurred; lb) Borrower curea a11 breachee of any other covenants or agreementa of Bormwer contained in
thia Mortgage; (c~ Borrower pays all reasouable expenses incurred by Lender in enforcing the covenanta and agreemenis of Borrower
contained in this Mortgage and in enforcing Le~der'a remedies as provided in paragraph 18 hereof, includiag, but not limited to, reasonabla
attorney e feee; and (d) Borrower takea Ruch action aa Lender may teasonably require to aesure that the lien of thi9 Mortgage, Lender's intereet
in the Property and Borrower'e obligation to pay the aums secared by this Mortgage ehall continue unimpaired. Upon euch paymenL and cun

21. F`uture Advances. Upon r!~quest by Borrower, Lender, at [.ender e option within twenty yeara from the date ot thie Mortgage, may
make Future Advances to Borrower. Such ~ture Advancee, with interret thereon, shaU be secured by thie Morlgage whea evidenced by
promissory notes atating that eaid notee are aecured hereby. At no time ahall the principa! amount of the indebtedneea etcured by this
