mrnt of the Property, have the right to collect and retain such rents as they become du~ anJ payai~te.
Upon acceleration under paragraph I8 hereof or abandunment of the Propert~~, Lender shall he entitled to have a
receiver appointed by a court ro enter upon, take poscess~on ot and manage Ihe Property and to coUec~ the rents of the
P~operty, including those pasi due. All rems collected hy the receiver shall he applied fint to pa~~ment of the costs of
management of the Property and collection of rents, induding, but not limited to, receiver's feea, premiums on receiver's
twnds and reasonable attorney's fees, and then to the sums se~:ured by this Mongage_ The receiver shall tx liable to accuunt
only for those rents actually received.
21. Future Advancea. Upon request by Burrower, l.ender, at Lendcr's option within tweoty ycars from thc Jate of this
;1lortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall he secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that SaiJ notrs are aecured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtednesc secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advaneed in accordance herewith to protect the

22. Rekase. Upon ~inyu~c~~t of all sums xcured by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge
