receiver appointed by a court to enter upon, tal~e possession of and manage the Propertp and to coUect the rents of the
Properry, including those past due. All rems collecteJ by thc receiver ahall be applied first to pa~•ment of the costs ot
management ot the Property and collecti~~n of rents, including, but not limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on receiver's
honds and reasonable attorney's fees, and theo tc the sums se~ured by thi's Mortgage. The receiver sh•rll be liable to account
only tor ~hose rents actually received.
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Horrower, lxnder, at l.ender's option within twenty ycars from thc date ef this
Mortgage, may make Future Advancea to Borruwer. Such Fu;ure Advances, with interest thereon, shall he secured hy this
~lortgage when evidenced by promissory nutes stating that said notes ~re secured hereby. At no time shaU the principal
amo~ant ot the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, no~ including sums advanced ~n accordance herewith to protect the
