these presents do appoint ~~ou a Commissioner to take the depositions of
the abave witnesses upon oral examination.
We, therPfore, authorize and empoe~er you on notice to the above-named
parties to summon tlie above-named witnesses to appear before you at the
time and place appointed, and on thPir oath taken before you, which oath
you are hereby authorized to administer, to answer upon oral examination
the questions propounded to them by each of the above-named parties, or
their respective attorneys, or agents; to cause the oral examination of
the witnesses to be reduced to writing and subscribed by the witnesses;
and then to certifv and return the ~ame annexed to this Commission to the
Clerk of the Circ+~it Court, Saint Lucie Counr}~ Courthouse, Fert Pierce,
Florida 33450, with all convenience, speed, e~closed in a sealed envelope
directed to the Clerk, and forwarded to him by the L'nited States ~lail, ~r
other usual channel of conveyance.
