ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Stipulations and admissions were made as follows:
The defendant and counter claimant withdrew Count I of the
counter claim.
2. EVIDENCE. ~ocumentary and other evidence listed and •.
presented at the Pre-trial Conference shall be admitted into
evidenc:e without objection, except as herein below reserved.
All objections as to relevancy and materiality were reserved.
3. OTHER PROVISIONS: None.
