The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this warranty Ueed acknowledqes
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, includinq the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Granteg agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reaaonable, fair and equitablej the Grantee hereb~ impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibitss and the Grantee
ac:knc~wlzdges ai~ci agrees ttiat said Declaration of Condaninium and its exhibits and
the purchase aqre~:ment executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warrantfes,
representations a.zd inducements concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property deacribed above. ,
