Upon accelerat~on under paragraph 19 hereot or abandonmen~ of the Property, Lender shall be e~titled to have a

Property, including thoae past due. All rents callected by the rccaver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of

21. Fnture Ad~~anc~s. Upon request b~~ Borrower, Lender, at Lendor s opaon wrthin twenty years from the date ot this
Mongage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this
Mortfage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that ~aid notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the pnncipal
amou~t of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgagc, not ~ncluding sums advanced ~n accordance hercwith to protect the

22. Releate. Upon payment of all sums secured by th~s Mortgage, Lender shall rcleue this Mortgage without char~e
