ACI~IVUWI.EDGM~NT AND RATIF'ICATION BY GRAN'fEE:
The Grante~ by acceptance and execution of this Warranty D~~d ackncn~rledges that
thie conveyance is sub3ect to the pro~•isions of the Declaration of Condominium described
above, including the provisiona of all of its exhibits. The Crantee agr~~s to he bound
by all of said provisions; the Crantee acknowle3ges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair ~nd equitable;.the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and resi praperty described above, as security :cr nis obligacions as describea in said
Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Crantee of the land and real property described above.
