Borrowcr shall promptly pa~~, whcn due, ali asscssmcnts imposed by the OwnerS Association or other governing bociy of the Condominium Project (herein "Owncrs Association") pursuant to the provisions of the declaration, by-iaw~s, ccxle of regulations or other constituent document of the Condominium Project. B. Nazard Insuranre.
