The Crant.:e by acceptance and executiun of this Warranty D~ed ackncwriedges that
this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration~of Condominium described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Crantee acknowledges and agrNes that all of said provisians
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impress~s a lien upon th~ land
and real property described above, a5 5ecurity fur hib ubligaltvna ab de~criLel in said
Declaration of Co~idominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all uf the warran[ies. representations and inducements
coi;cerning the purchase by tt~e Grantee of the land and real property described above.
