by all of said provisions; the r,rantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provision5
are reasonable, fair and equitable; thr. Grantee hc~reby impress~s a lien upun the land
and real property described above, as security for his obligati~ns as de:s~rib~d in said
Declaration of Condominium and its c,xhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaratian of Condominium and its 2xhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee cvncatn all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by~the (:rantee of the land and real property described above.
