The Grantee by accNptance and execution of this Warranty Der~ acknowl~dgks that
this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaratiun of Condc~minium describ~d
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantre agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Crantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and real property described above. a5 security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominium and its ext~ibits; and the Grantee acknowledgrs and agrees
that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, represen[ations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property des~ribed above.
