by all af said provislons; the Craniee acknuwledges and agrees that ull ~~f said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impr~:ss~s a lien upon the land
and r~al property described abovr, as security for his obligations as descrlbed in said
Declaration of Conduminium and its ~xhibits; and the Grantee acknowledg~s and agrees
that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Crante~ of the land and real prrperty described above.
