The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty De~•d acknuwledges that
this conv~yance is sub,~ect to the provisions of the Declaration af Condominium debcribed
above, including the pruvisions of all of its exhibits. The Crantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provtslons; the Crantee acknowledges and agrees th~~t all of said provisions
are r~asonable, fair a~id equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upun the land
and real property described abuve, as security for his obligations as described ln ~sid
Ueclaration oi l:ondominium and its ~xhibits; and the ~rantee acknowleciges and,agrees
~hat said Declaration of Cundominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Crantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducemencs
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
