The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty D~ed acknowl.edges thal
this conv~yance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium described
above, incliiding the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrres that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and real property described above, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominium and its ~xhibits; and the Grantee acknuwledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condoc~inium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Crantee contain a11 of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
