as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7,
page 42, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; together with the North 7.5 feet of
that part of the vacated aliey lying adjacent to
and on thE South side of Lot 33
BEFORE r1E, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared CHARLES E. JOHNSON wr.o, upon first being by me duly
sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he is a resident of Fort ~ierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, and has been for the past 10 years; that his present
address is 1106-B iVorth 7th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and
his previous address was 2511 Tropic Boulevard, Fort Pierce,
Florida.
2. That he and his wife, Gloria ~, Johnson, are the
mortgagors in that certain mortgage ta First Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated February 23, 1981,
recorded in O. R. Book 349 at page 772 of the public records
of St. L~cie County, Florida.
3. That he is not one and the same person as the
Charles Johnson named as Defer~dant in Case Vo. 75-10~0 in
the Circuit Court of the llth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and
for Dade County, and that he has never done business as
;,ohnson Irrigation, Inc., nor does he have any knowledge as
to the said Charles Johnson, d/t/a Johnson Irrigation, Inc.,
named as defer~dant and described in said final judgment.
