The proceeds of the loan evidenced by the prornissory note secured hereby have been procured by Lender pursuant to Loan Agreen+ent between HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF ST. l_UCIE COUNTY, Florida, and Lender, the interest c~f the Housing Finance Ruthority of St. .
