bequeath unto my sister, EDITH M. MURRAY, to have and to hold
unto herself absolutely and forever,
THIRD: In the event my sister~ FDITtI M. MURRAY, fails
to survive me or in the event we die simultaneously, I give~
devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, whether real, personal, or mixed, unto my niece~ ROSF.
MARIE HOLIEN,~ now residing in Warren, Michigan, and my nephew,
RALPH I.EE SMITH. now residin~ in Avoca~ Michigan, in equal
shares, share and share alike, absolutely and forever, ner
stirpes.
FOURTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my sister,
EDITH M. MURRAY, as~personal representative of this~ my Last
~,iill and Testament~ and I expressly confer upon her power as
such personal representative to administer my estate, excusing
her from giving any bond, or making any returns to any Court.
I expressly confer upon her full authority and power to manage,
invest~ and reinvest, and to sell and convey any part or all of
my estate~ at public or private sale, with or without notice,
as she may deem best, and without the order of Court. I
authorize her to make good and sufficient conveyances to any
purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale for such use as
she may deem best for the interest of my estate. I further
hereby expressly confer upon her the authority and power to
borrow money for the use of my said estate in any instance
where she may think it necessary and proper, and to secure the
same by mortgage, trust deed, or other form of security to or
upon any part of my estate; this she may do without the order
ot any Court.
In the event mysister, EDITH M. MURRAY, fails to
survive :ne or if she fails to qualify as personal representative,
I nominate and appoint my attorney, ~/INCENT A. LLOYD, as personal
representative of this, my Last Will and Testament, giving and
granting said personal representative the same powers, ri~hts,
