3035 Santa Anita, Port St. Lucie, Florida, died on January 21, 1981, at Orlando,
Florida, and at the hme of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida .
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiariPs of t~iis estate,
their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of any who are minors are:
