7. On March 18, 1981, Petitioner visited EVA ROWENA
BRUCE at her home and found her to be suffering from a severe
physical illness (specifically, she was uncontrollably defecating
on herse'f). Immediately thereafter, Petitioner unsuccessfully
attemp*ed to have the said EVA ROWENA BRUCE admitted to Lawnwood
Memorial Hospital in Fort Pierce, Florida. The reason he was un-
successful in this attempt was due to the rebellious actions of the
said EVA ROWENA BRUCE. Consequently~, Petitioner desires to be
presently appointed as temporary guardian of the person and of the
property of the incompetent. On ~iarch 19, 1981, Petitioner tele-
phonically cornmunicated with the said SYDNEY JANE COOK and C. L.
gRUCE, and said persons represented that they have no objection to
the Petitioner presentiy being app~ointed as temporary guardian of
the person and of the property of the incompPtent.
8. Venue of this proceeding is in this county ~ecause the
incompetent is a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
°. RICHARD CLAYTON W11I.I~ , a resident of Orange County,
Florida, is the son of ~he incompetent and is sui juris and otherwise
qualified under the laws of. the State of Florida to act as guardian
of the person and property of the incompetent.
10. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the infor-
ma*ion req~~ired by Florida law and the applicable Florida Rules Of
Probate And Guardianship Procedure that is not set forth in full
above cannot be ascertained without delay that would adversely affect
the incompetent or the incompetent's property.
