ORDER APPOINTING TEMPORARY CUARDIAN
The petition of RICHARD CLAYTQN WAI,I~ for the appointment
of temporary guardian of the person and property of EVA ROWENA BRUCE,
coming on this day to be heard and it appearing to the Court that
said person is presently in need of inedical treatment because of
mental and physical illness, and the Court having jurisdiction and
being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. That RICHARD CLAYTON 4~ALLT~E is hereby appointed tem-
porary guardian of the persor~ and property of EVA RO:aEhA BRUCE.
2. That this Court retain jurisdiction of this cause ancz
the said EVA ROWENA BRUCE for the purpose of m~king such further or
other Orders as from time to time may b found necessary.
