Travelers Insurance Company in the face

controvesy over the entitlement of the
proceeds of said life insurance policy
which has been resolved, and out of the
proceeds of the life insurance policy
the minors will receive the sum of
$23,000.00 which will be divided equally .
between them, and $4,000.00 will be paid
to Bonnie Chapman in settlement of all
claims which she may have to the pro-
