Representative of decedent's estate , is entitled to preference in appo:ntment as Personal
RepresentativP because she is nominated Personal Representative in the decedent's
Last Will and Testament .
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate are
real and ~~ersonal property for a Lotal approximate value of over 5100,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil oi decedent
other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
