N " I, HENRY L. ORTLEPP, a resident of St. Lucie County,
m
'FZorida, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understand-
ing, do make, publi'sh and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils and Testamentary
Doc~:sr,ents her~tofore :~ade by me.
FIRST: I direct that all of my lawful debts, my funeral
expenses, incl~~ding the cost of a suitable monument at my grave,
and costs of administration of my estate be paid as soon as
practicable after my death.
SECOND: I direct that all legacy, succession, inherit-
ance, transfer, and estate taxes, levied or assessed upon or with
respect to all property which is included as part of my gross
estate for the purpose of any such tax; excepting, however, any
property with respect to which I have been granted a power of
appointment; and excepting as mf Pers~nal Representative is here-
inafter authorized, shall he paid out of my EState in the same
m~nner as an expense of administra~ion an~ shall not be prorated
or apportioned among or charged to tne respective devisees, lega-
tees, beneficiaries, transferees or other recipients n~t charged
against any property passing or which may have passed to 3ny of
them, whether under this Will or otherwise; and that my estate _
shall not be entitled to reimbursement for any portion of any such
tax from any such person.
THIRD: In tne administration of my estate, I direct
that the provisions of Section 738.05 Florida Statutes as now in
force and effect or as hereafter amended shall not apply for the
apportionment and distribution of income anc~ principal. I further
direct that all expenses inct~rred in connection with the settle-
ment of my estate, including debts, funeral ex~enses, estate and
