other death taxes, interest and penalties concerning such taxes,
family allowances, fees of attorneys and personal representatives,
and court costs shall be first charged against income of the estate
and then against the pri~cipal. I further direct that income from
the assets of my estate after my death and before distribution,
including income from pronerty used to discharge liabilities, shall
not be distributed to specif.ic devisees but shall become and be a
part of my residuary estate and shall be used in the payment of
expenses incurred in connection with the settlement of my estate
and shall bec~me and be a part ot my residuary estate for purposes
of distribution.
FnURTH: I may leave a written statem~nt or list disposing
of certain items of my tangible personal pronerty not otherwise
disposed of in this Will. Anl such statemPnt or list in existence
at the time of my death, shall be determinative wit~ resnect to all

and not specifically devised in this Will, I devise to my residuary
devisees. If no written statement or list is found and properly
identified by my Personal Representative within.thirty (30) days
after her qualification, it shall be oresumed that there is no such
statement or list and any subse~uently discoverPd statement or list
shall be ignored.
FIFTH: I devise to my wife, AC,NES ORTLEPP, absolutely, all
clothing, jewelry, househol~ goods, personal effects, automobiles,
and al? othe-r tangible personal property not otherwise specifically
devised in any list which I may leave, ok~ned hy me at the time of
my death, provided she survives me, and if not then this devise
shall lapse and become a part of the rest, residue ar~d remainder of
my estate.
SIXTH: I devise the residence located at 1718 Hondo Road,
Sandpiner Bay, Port St. Lucie, Florida, including the contents
therein not otherwise s~ecifically devise~ in any list which
I may leave, to my wife, Ac;NES ORTLEPP, provided she
