survives me, and if not then this devise shall lapse and become a
part of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate.
~ SEVENTH: A. I give and devise the sum of One Thousand •
($1,000.00) Dollars to eac:t of my grandchildren, viz: ELIZABETH~- '~ ~
HERNANDEZ, MARK ORTLEPP, DEL WOOD, JR. and STEVEN HENRY WOOD.
B. To my son, WAYNE ORTLEPP, who has been
well provided for during my lifetime, and for reasons bes} known
to himself, I leave the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars.
EIGHTH: All the rest, residue a~d remainder of the
prope'rty which I may own at the time of my death, real, personal
and mixed, tangible and intangible, of whatsoever nature and
wheresoever situated, including all property whi~h I may acquire
or become entitled to after the execution of this Will, including
all lapsed legacies and devises or other gifts made by this Will
which fail for any reason (but excluding any property over or
concPrning which I may have any power of appointment), I give and
devise as follows:
A. One-half (1/2) to my wife, AGNES ORTLEPP,
provided she survives me, and if not, then this devise shall pass
to my daughter, ELAINE WOOD, per stirpes.
B. One-half (1/2) to my daughter, ELAINE
WOOD, to be hers absolutely. If she should predecease me then the
share that she would have received shall be distributed to her
issue, per stirpes.
NINTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, ELAINE WOOD, Personal Representative of this my Last
Will and Testament, to serve without bond.
TENTH: I hereby empower and authorize my named Personal
Representative, to do all things which may be deerned desirable or
expedient for the advantageous administration and distribution of
