ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of O. ELFREIDA TURNER, ROBERT E. TURNER, and
DON W. TURNER, for the Sammary Administration of the estate of ROBERT
E. TURNER, Deceased, the court find?ng that the c~ecedent died on the
28th day of August, 1978; that all interested persons have been served
proper notice of this hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the
material allegations of the petition are true; and that an Order of
Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that the certified copy of the last will and testament
filPCl in the Circuit C~urt of Cook County, Illinois, County Department,
Probate Division, dated July 8, 1974, ai~d attested by LaVERNE FREEMAN
and PHILLIP MIZOCK, as subscribing and attesting witnesses is admitted
to probate according to law, as and for the last will of the decedent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that there be immediate distribution of the
following described real property located in St. L~~cie County, Florida,
Tract 371: The South 165 feet of the North 330 feet of
the East 330 feet of Lot 10 of Block 2, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP
36 SOUTH, RANGE 40 EAST, PLAT NO. 1 of St. Lucie Gardens as
recorded in Plat Book 1 at page 35 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
to the surviving spouse of the decedent, U. ELFREIDA TURNER, 1754

ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those.to whom specified parts of the
decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall.be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the
right.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding
property of the decedent, ai~d those with whom securities or other
property of decedent are registered, are authorized a;~d empowered to
