PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
- T:~e undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
surviving spouse and sole beneficiary of the estate of the decedent.
Petitioner's name and address is as set forth in paragraph 3 and tne
name and address of her attorney is as set forth at t1~e end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, HERBERT L. HORTON, whosc last known address was
342 West Oceanview Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia, and died on July 3, 1972
at Norfolk, Virginia, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in Norfolk, Virginia.
3. So far as is knawn, the name of the sole beneficiary of
this estate is the decedent's survi~ing sp~use, MINNIE L. GILLIA?~,
f/;c/a MINNIE L. HORTON, 9601 Norfolk Avenue, Apt. #4, Norfolk, VA 23503'.
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because decedent's
origin~l last will and testament dated January 6, 1967, was probated in
this County, although certain assets were not reported during the original
administration.
S. The following is a complete list of the assets in this
estate and their estimated values, to-wit:
Lots 18, 19, 20, and 21, Block 94, West Highlands Subdivision,
as recorded in Map Boon 6, Pages 21~ and 220 ef the public
records of Volusia County, Florida. VALUE: $4,000
6. The decedent has been dead for more than three years.
7. The estate is not indebted. .
