8. It is proposed that all assets of the-decedent, in cluding
exempt property, be distributed to the surviving spouse of the decedent,
MINNIE L. GILLIAM, f/k/a MINNIE L. HORTON, 9601 Norfolk Avenue, Apt. ~4,
Norfolk, VA 23503.
9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 10.
10. A certified copy of the original of decedent's last will,
dated January 6, 1967, along with certified copies of the Petition for
Probate of Will, Death Certificate, Order of Probate, and Nontaxable
Certificate and Receipt for Estate Tax, accompanies this Petition.
ii. Decedent`s will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be re-admitted
to probate and an Order of Summary Administration be entered directing
distribution of the assets in this estate in accordance with the
schedule set forth in paragraph 8 of this Petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have reud the
foregoing, and the facts alleged are true to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
