I, Clara H. Sebek, of the City of Euclic}, County of Cuyahoga and
State of Ohio, being of full age and sound mind and memory, do wake, publish
and declare this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking and
annulling any and all wills or wiil by me heretofore made.
ITEM 1. I clirect that all my just debts, funeral expenses and
admini~tratian expenses be pai~ out of rsy estat~ ~s scan as practicable after
my decease, and any and all succession, inheritance or estate taxes, state or
federal, levied or assessed by reason of my death, shall be paid by my execu-
tor ou~ of my residuary estate, withnut any right or duty on my executor to
seek or obtain contribution or reimbursement from any person or property.
