1. Commencing with my death the trustee shall pay the income from
the trust estate in convenient install~ents, at least quarterly, to my nephew
Edward S. Donnell and his wife Rose K. Donnell, Winnetka, Illinois, ~ointly,
or to the survivor of either, and said paycaents to continue through the
lifetime,of the last survivor of my nephew and ~is wife provided, however,
that i~ my nephew shoul.d predecease fiis wife, payments tQ her from said trust
estate shall continue so long as she lives or until she is remarried.
2. I direct that if the income payable to my nephew Edward S.
Donnell and his wife Rose 1:. Donnell, 3ointly, or to the survivor of either
shall at anytime or times exceed the amount which the trustee deems to be for
their needs, best interest and welfaze (cor_sidering their other income and
means of support known to the trustee, the =desirability of augmenting their
separate income or estate, and any other circumstances and factors deemed
pertinent), the trustee may pay any ~art_ or all ef the excess income to ar~y
one or more of the trust distributees named hereafter fron time to time, in
ec~ual or unequai proportions, according to the respzctive needs of said trust

distribt~tees, best interest and welfare, or to accur~ulate the same and add it

3. The trustee may also pay to my nephe~r Edward S. Donnell and
his wf_fe P,~se K. Do*:neZl, jointly, or to the survivor of either, provided
that ii Rose iC. Donnell has survived m}• nephew she has not remarried, such
suns from principal as it deems r_ecessary or advisable fro~ tire to tirae foz
their raedical care, comfortable naintenance and wel£are, and for the medical
care, sup~ort, education and welfare of any person who r~ay be dependent upon
them, considering the income of each of tliem from all sources knoum to the
tr~istee. No pay:~ent r~ade for a chitd of Edward S. Donnell and Rose h. Donnell
