In case of the resignation, refusal or inability to act of any trustee acting or appointed to act hereunder, the beneficiary or a ma~ority in interest of the beneficiaries then entitled to receive or have the benefit of the income fron the trust may appoint a successor trustee, but any succes trustee shall be a bank or trust company qualified to accept trusts. Each successor trustee shall have all the pc~wers ~iven the t~rigina] named trustee. No successor trustee shall be personally liable for any act or amission of any predecessor.
