The net income and the proceeds from sale of any part or all of the property
shall be paid ov~r to the NORTHERN TRUST CO;tPANY to be administered by it as
trustee hereunder.
L. If the last survivor of my nephew Edward S. Donnell and his
wife Rose K. Donnell predeceases ~re, or if Rose K. Donnell survives Edward S.
Donnell and she remarries before my decease, I direct that the trust estates
contemplated herein shall not be established and the said residue of my estate
shall go to the children of Edward S. Donnell and Rose K. Donnell, equally,
share and share alike, per stirpes.
ITEM S. I nominate and appoint my nephew Edward S. Donnell, Wiunetka,
Illinois, executor of this, my LAST WILL A1~iD TESTAMENT, hereby granting to him
as such executor full power and authority to sell, lease, convey all or any
part of my estate, real, personal or mixed, upon such tereis and at such prices
as my executor shall deem proger, and without obtaining any order of court
therefor. I also brant to him full power and authority in the ~ettlement of ~
